Fall Capital Campaign
Grade Level Coordinators: Responsible for communicating fundraising progress with grade-level calssrooms and reporting back feedback/questions to chairperson.  We need one person for each grade.  Contact Stacy Keadey at stacykeadey@bellsouth.net

Silent Auction- Party With a Purpose
This committee seeks individuals wintersted in planning. executing and soliciting items for this fund-raising event in March 2012.  If you are a printer and can donate services, we would appreciate it.  Please contact Stacey Lucas at stacey@elucas.net to get involved.

Promotions
Responsible for school based signage and communication in the Oak Tree to promote the Foundation and its initiatives.

Donor Collections
Responsible for collecting donations from our mail box in the Front Office and entering data on spreadsheet

Donor Replies
Responsible for sending donor acknowledgement letters.

Grants Committee
Seeks individuals willing to work with teachers on crafting innovative grant ideas and research potential grant opportunities.
